Nanosynthetics LLC, wholly owned subsidiary of Tool-X, has invested over $8 million in R&D over 10 years to date, for the manufacturing and commercialization of our Carbon-Nano Technology. To increase the efficiency of the metal forming manufacturing industry, automotive, aerospace, construction and DOD which is needed badly and as important, reduce the chemical foot-print in the manufacturing process significantly. TOOL-X® is a Nano Fluid innovated disruptive technology, by using material science; that doubles, and triples tool life is real, and has been using this technology in GM plants for over 7 years as example.
Advanced Technology
In 2015, “CAT Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, Inc,” through a sponsored research project with Pratt & Whitney proved that Tool-X water base coolant can reduce machining cost by 25% (see link).
